Gireesh Rajendran
Gireesh Rajendran is an entrepreneur and technology leader who successfully led Steradian Semiconductors as its Co-Founder and CEO until its acquisition by Renesas. A prolific innovator with 50 patents, he is also a recipient of the prestigious MIT TR35 award.
With over two decades of experience, Gireesh has held leadership roles, including Business Line Manager at Renesas. He has defined and executed cutting-edge Radio Products from GPS to LTE, contributing to the sale of over a billion units worldwide at companies like Texas Instruments and Qualcomm.

Ashish Lachhwani
Ashish Lachhwani is a distinguished technologist and business leader, awarded the Institute Silver Medal from IIT Madras in 2004. He is the co-founder of Steradian Semiconductors, where he served as Chief Business Officer, driving the company’s customer and investment strategy through to its successful acquisition by Renesas. Post-acquisition, he continued as Business Head at Renesas.
Previously, Ashish led the development of SimpleLink Bluetooth platform at Texas Instruments and served as the Frequency Synthesizer Architect for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 65x RFIC. An acknowledged authority in ultra-low-power radio design, he is the co-author of a technical book published by Springer and holds 14 issued U.S. patents.

Rakesh Kumar
Rakesh Kumar was the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Steradian Semiconductors until its acquisition by Renesas. At Steradian, he led the development of cutting-edge mmWave radar modules with AI-driven real-time object detection and classification. He later served as a Product Architect at Renesas.
With over two decades of industry experience, Rakesh has spearheaded RFIC design across multiple generations at Texas Instruments and Qualcomm, while also leading firmware and system teams. He holds 13 issued U.S. patents and brings deep expertise in end-to-end product innovation.

Krishna Sankar
Krishna Sankar is an industry veteran with deep expertise in digital signal processing algorithms and AI/ML systems. As the VP of Systems and Analytics at LifeSignals, he led the development of algorithm stack for time-series medical data analysis, advancing healthcare innovation through semiconductors, systems and analytics.
Previously, Krishna was a voting member of the IEEE 802.11 standards body, involved in 802.11ac/802.11n standardization and modem development during his tenure at Broadcom & Wipro. Ali M. Niknejad
A distinguished academic and entrepreneur, holding the Donald O. Pederson Distinguished Professorship and serving as the faculty director of the prestigious Berkeley Wireless Research Center at UC Berkeley.
A pioneering innovator in RF and mixed-signal design, Ali co-founded Hmicro and RF Pixels, the latter of which was acquired by Skyworks. He currently serves on the board of Calterah and advises Zendar. As the inventor of REACH(™), he has made significant contributions to the electronics industry.
